  • Finding Laughable Lightness In A Weighty World

    There’s a lot of heaviness in the world right now, & it’s easy to go into “fix it” mode or constantly seek the next self-improvement hack to feel better.

    While not ignoring or denying the crises in our world & personal lives, this episode brings light to… lightness –with the dumbest fitness jokes the internet could give me.

    Sometimes the best medicine is laughter, especially when wrapped in dumb jokes & dry delivery from a non-comedian.

    I’m definitely not planning on doing a stand-up routine any time soon, but I hope this puts you in a brighter space & gives you permission to let go a little :)

    Because not EVERYTHING is wrong, & we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously…
