Walk Your Way To Weight Loss 2nd edition: The Ultimate Guide On How To Lose Weight, Burn Fat & Stay Thin With Walking
Walking is amazingly one of the easiest, cheapest, and safest ways for you and everyone else to get up and start exercising. Health experts all agree that a 30-minute, moderate physical activity on most days in a week is a must, and walking is one of the best examples around. There have been so many reported health benefits of walking, like reducing the risks for certain medical conditions (heart disease and high blood pressure), reducing depression, making us much happier and livelier instead, helping us all to sleep better at night (which is simply what everyone wants these days), and of course WEIGHT LOSS. Better yet, think of walking as an all-in-one package program with all the amazing health benefits. Nothing could be better than this.
The same health experts also agree on the fact that engaging in physical activities regularly is your strong foundation for good health and well being, and walking happens to be the easiest and cheapest way to become physically active. Simply grab a good pair of shoes and you are all set to brisk walk (by the way, brisk walking is highly considered an ideal moderate-level physical activity) your way to weight loss and staying thin forever. Walking burns off all those unwanted fats dangling in our bellies so they could be converted into fuel our body needs.

Before beginning a muscle-building program, it is critical to understand its purpose. Muscle is simply the tissue in our body that provides us with the necessary power to move in various directions. As bodybuilders, our primary focus is on skeletal muscle. What exercises can we perform to improve our bodies and increase muscle? It is critical to remember that each individual has a unique body mass. Muscles must be exercised to be strengthened. This necessitates weight training. You can begin with modest weights and gradually increase them.

Using his own research and experiences throughout the world, Lieberman recounts without jargon how and why humans evolved to walk, run, dig, and do other necessary and rewarding physical activities while avoiding needless exertion.

It is widely believed that improving your appearance will lead to success in other areas; jobs, relationships, personal well-being. And while there are some studies which suggest this is the case - for example, because of the biases which are often expressed against heavier people at school and in the workplace - there are others who argue these effects don't last beyond first impressions. The truth is, devoting too much attention to appearances can damage a person's self-esteem.

As recently as 1966, women were forbidden to run in the marathon. Professionals - including doctors - believed it was physically impossible and dangerous for women to run more than a mile and a half. But as with many other barriers women have faced over time, we fought our way in. Today, women make up almost half of the marathoning population. Yet most marathon training manuals are written by men. And while these men are experts when it comes to how men can and should train, women need training programs tailored to our bodies....

Great infromation, if you can stay awake...
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would recommend it to someone who hasn't done any research on the benefits of walking. It has a ton of great information for the beginner.
Would you be willing to try another one of Millian Quinteros’s performances?
Wow, Surely the type of book was a hard narration to do. This was painful to listen to. I would listen to him again if it was a different type of book. He truly has a great voice but not the right fit for this book.
Did Walk Your Way to Weight Loss inspire you to do anything?
Yes, I am going to start making small changes in my life to get an extra step here and there. I also plan to do morning workouts for 10-15 minutes before getting ready for work.
Any additional comments?
IF you new to the world of health, don't know where to start and want to know everything about walking this is your book. It goes over foot type, shoes to buy, technique, and many other great information.
