Stalker’s Obsession

Total Obsession is just as much brutal and thrilling as it is emotional and heart stopping. The way this story takes you on multiple twists and turns will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. The characters were written in such a intricate way you have a love hate connection to them. Axe, the MMC, is a mystery and very talented in manipulating people's feelings that have wronged him. This man can be down right frightening with how he can mask his true feelings and intentions as well as having unnerving control with everything he says and does. Axe is definitely a man not to cross if you want to remain alive. While Zoey, the FMC, is a very sweet and empathic person that never let her successes consume her or make her into a shallow person. When these two come together, they soon learn you can't judge a book by it's cover because every thing is not as it seems. Axe and Zoey have a connection that is all consuming, strong as steel, and one that never truly died out despite past transgressions. The spice was definitely delicious, hot, and intense. This love story is one I won't forget.
Narrators Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks never fail to impress me everytime I come across any of their audiobooks. These two are so talented and keep you in a chokehold for the entire listen. Joe Arden is a true master when it comes to playing characters in pscyhological thrillers going from charming to down right scary in 60 seconds or less. The control this man has when he's talking at a normal volume and then smoothly transitions to a sinister whisper is down right diabolical. Michelle does very well bringing out her characters emotions and vulnerability with grace and authencity. Well done to these two! Thank you Blue Nose Audio and Ivy Wild for this amazing ALC opportunity!

Great story!

This was a really good story. I loved the characters. Axe and Zoey had history and a connection that made the chemistry between them great. They will have your heart breaking for their past and hoping for their future.

Joe Arden and Michelle Sparks did a great job bringing this story to life and their voices fit the characters perfectly.

Mafia in a new form

A pretty different take on a mafia romance. It's hard to say much without giving spoilers. Zoey and Axe needed each other when they were younger and when life changed things they were too young to know how it would alter all the things to come.

Y’all… this audiobook was messy messy in the best way possible.

We start off with Zoey and Axe, childhood friends who’ve known each other since grade school. He’s the quiet, reclusive boy with a rough home life, and she’s his fierce little protector until high school hits and one heartbreaking choice changes everything. One moment of peer pressure, one awful decision… and their friendship shatters.

Fifteen years later, Axe reappears. He’s no longer the quiet boy she once knew… he’s rich, successful, and carrying a whole lot of unresolved pain. Zoey’s chasing her own dreams in the spotlight, but their worlds collide again and what unfolds is chaotic, emotional, and oh-so-addictive. There’s revenge, regret, rekindled love, and so much delicious tension that kept me anxious and glued to my earbuds.

The audiobook performance? Phenomenal. Michelle Sparks brought such depth and vulnerability to Zoey… her guilt, her insecurities, and her growth all felt raw and real.
Joe Arden perfectly embodied Axe… that wounded, lonely boy turned guarded, commanding man. When his walls start to crack and you finally hear that warmth come through… perfection.

I won’t give away any spoilers, but this story will have you feeling everything… anger, heartbreak, and ultimately, hope. It’s messy, emotional, and completely addictive from start to finish.
