I felt like I couldn’t trust her research

I was so disappointed in this book. I was really enjoying her writing style and appreciative of the amount of work that was put into it. However, she lost me as soon as she started referring to obesity as a cause health risks. Which is widely known as inaccurate. She said this as a blanket statement with no caveats.

I feel like if she hasn't done the research on that...then what other parts of her book were not researched. I simply can't trust any of the information here.
