Awesome!
I discovered Jack Kornfield while listening to the Duncan Trussell podcast, and after listening to the same podcast over 5 times, I realized I should give one of Jacks books a try. He is an excellent writer on Buddhist teachings, and I'm very thankful for the things he has opened my eyes, and mind to. The Wise Heart is a fairly long book with many things to offer. I just finished my first listen, and I can promise you it won't be my last!

Thank you to Jack kornfield and all of the teachers he mentions in this book. I listen to it again and again to reaffirm a healthy and balanced way to be with all the different dynamics of life. Wonderful book
The criticism of the monotone/slow reading are accurate. I listened at 1.2 speed and was then fine. I have this book in print and love it. Decided to get the audio version to also listen when driving and would say it is worth having.
