wonderful messages and philosophies
I found this eastern philosophy calming, education, and most reasonable.
great examples were used that really make the subjects clear. I especially loved the sections on Maya!

What was I thinking
What was I thinking when I purchased this book ? I should have known another very strict book concerning how one should live their existence . Do the best you can and just be a good human. Be prepared for trials and tribulations such is our condition . Way, way to much rules, guidelines and expectations to just be human . I had stop listening to much requirements.

Great content. TERRIBLE narration
