I've been trying to bide my time waiting for the echos saga to continue and now I am HOOKED. AARON ENVELAR IS A BADASS!!

Don’t waste your time

I stopped after chapter 2 of the second book, just couldn’t continue with this mess.
Aaron is back to fighting 3 days after being stabbed multiple times and poisoned? When was he poisoned?? And when they need to leave the mansion, how did the princess acquire all of this luggage after they have been traveling for a month from the previous book? I just couldn’t take anymore.

Slow

The story is slow and didn't hold my attention. The main character is set up as a mental weakling for the first half of the story. Doesn't make you want to cheer for his achievements
