Great system to learn and understand

This book is great for all who wish for more clarity and understanding in their lives. I didn't really think about forgiveness prior to listening this book. The author has first hand experience with forgiveness and as she shares her personal story, you wonder how she could forgive. With this in mind, she reveals how forgiveness frees us from so many things and helps with our relationships. Her narration is good for she definitely knows the material, just not dynamic, although with the topic it works well. The books walks you through the steps, although having the book helps so much more to have all the info in front of you to assist in your success.

Exactly the Book I needed!!!

It has been a long time for me to be ready for this topic and the right book at the right time came my way. I wasn’t ready for everything in this book, which allows me to grow and work through the book many times. The book is not radical and not overly gentle, I think it is a good practical first step. Highly recommended and author s reading to was perfect. Average tone with appropriate compassion but not to sappy for some.
