Surprisingly more helpful than I thought!
I was slightly weary at first, due to watching the author on YouTube briefly and speak a brief narration of this book on audible. The more I listened, I found it soothing, and uniquely exquisite in the words he uses to facilitate change. A friend of mine highly suggested this book. I know I am more of the "woo woo" type if you will, to be the person who would suggest this type of book. My friend is very grounded and private about this part of herself and really is in tune when it feels right. I trust her 100% since she has never suggested anything that hasn't proved helpful. I loved this book and now I'm going to listen to it again and love that!!

love is the answer. simple, practical guidance
