First, there are a lot of forms to fill out, all in the pdf. Not good if you have low vision.Second, it is all very complicated.Third, it seems to be aimed toward their supplements which can be purchased. They are fairly costly, I just tried to absorb the information I could and ordered the supplements, After two months, I felt worse. That made me wonder why I was taking processed supplements and being so careful to eat whole foods. Doesn't make sense.
