I'm reviewing this as while living the keto lifestyle. This is an exciting take on the topics of Health sickness, wellness, disease, and diet.
I never had a six-pack on a standard American diet or a heavily plant-based diet, but I do on keto.
There are still tons of useful info I plan to implement in my life.

The science behind obesity and weight gain has advanced. This book remains steadfastly 30 years in the past. The authors sneak some very unorthodox thinking in the mix, like disbelief in the germ theory (bacteria and infectious microorganisms don't make you sick... what?). There is solid advice in there, but you do have to look (listen carefully) for it.

This book entails so much information and is guaranteed to answer any and all questions you’ve ever had about health. The language is well designed and put in a way of understanding. It’s a great motivator for health and every reader will leave with some type of useful and great information.
