Amazing book! Highly recommend!

Such a sincere and authentic book full of knowledge dowsed in realness!

Get this book and follow through with the exercises!

I’m a Life Coach and have been telling my friends and clients about it.

The audible needs a pdf to illustrate the maps. I bought the kindle version as well because I’m a visual and auditory learner. It works well for me.

Bought Shahroo’s other book ‘The Last Diet’ read it 3 times and did the exercises twice! Totally recommend. Can’t wait for her next book. ✨

This book is like no other. A must read

Finally, a solution to a problem that was not a diet or complete abstinence, or giving in and resigning to a life of despair. This audiobook was so compelling that I purchased her second book, and then bought both of them in hard copy. What she says is so important because it’s the truth and deep down we all know it. I bought the hardcopy book so that I could start working with the Maps right away, versus having to listen to an audiobook and starting and stopping to write it down. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Shahroo Izadi, and keep sharing this message with as many people as possible. This review is me doing my part to get this message out.

Exactly what I've needed all along.

I'm so relieved and grateful I didn't pass on this one. Her voice is so soothing that I listened to this on my morning walks and was done in 4 days. Four morning walks with her that will change the rest of my life forever. What a gift.

Love for the kindness method

Before I listened to this book, I thought I was a very self-aware person. This book helped me dig deeper into my awareness regarding my addiction to sugar. I really loved the method and I have purchased a sketchpad in order to get started! It would really be nice if she would write a workbook to go along with this book. I can see this book being very helpful for anyone who wants to stop a bad habit and replace it with better ones. Even habits as serious as drugs and alcohol.

One of the best self development books

If you’ve been struggling to reach a goal I believe the advice given in this book can guide you over the finish line! The author gives you step by step by directions to create your own action plan with numerous thought provoking exercises. I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from this book!

So helpful

This book is unlike anything I've ever read before. I have spent many hours listening riveted and writing answers to Shahroo's brilliant questions. Questions unlock so much more than information does. I feel armed now for making the changes I've wanted to make for my entire life. I have high confidence and high motivation, and I know I can keep this confidence high by reviewing all the tools I've learned to create with this book.

Excellent for recovery

I loved this book. The author reads it in the audible version has a beautiful accent. I highly recommend it for those looking to change in a kind way from any addiction or habit.

Needs a PDF

This is a great book, so great that now I’m going to go out and buy the actual book. But I’m disappointed because I need to go buy the book because there’s no PDFs showing the maps.

I need a PDF!

Usually when I download a book like this, that really has lots of support, there is a pdf that can be downloaded that has key points to reinforce the book. It's the only reason I download audiobooks - without the pdf I can't process as well. Really disappointed that this one doesn't have a pdf. I only listened to a part of the book, loved the narrator/author, but downloaded it thinking the pdf may show up then, but it didn't.
