The utmost simplicity and at the same time challenging nature of the message make it so worthwhile. Well read by the narrator too. Reminds me of a book Jesus himself would enjoy reading - and certainly influenced.

Kindness is like a sunshine in soul

I like to return to this book on yearly basis. It resets my attitude to people by practical advice, provides in-depth examination of internal life and aids to name and address emotions and intentions we so much desire to disguise and refuse to see, deceiving ourselves only. I will come back to it again and again, there is still so much to learn and adopt in my day to day dealings with my neighbour. I can't recommend enough.

I have read this book and am so grateful to have the audible version to listen to as a refresher that I can have playing while I drive or do other tasks. Thank you for this treasure!

incredible reminder of kindness

I found this to be incredibly enlightening and I'm the end a great examination of conscious. so many little ways to live and be kind and alternatives to choose the lesser path. if only we all would practice kindness and love it would change our lives, our families and ultimately the world. I highly recommend this book and will listen again to gain wisdom to confidentially grow kinder.

If you are healing from trauma

Please listen to this book if you are healing from trauma. We who have suffered at the hands of others, tend to become bitter and loose our precious empathy. These words of Jesus expounded, help to heal a bitter root. I highly recommend this book.

Reads like an outdated sermon. Sorry but I didn't struggle to finish, I struggled to get started.
