Game-changing book

If you do the work that this book outlines, then you will find freedom. These exercises actually work, if you do them as prescribed. I’m really grateful I found this.

The missing piece!

Shahroo’s work is a deeply emotive, thoughtful, soul bearing account of her own journey that will equip the reader with hope, excitement and confidence there is a future outside of traditional diet culture. At 47 I can’t recall I time in my life when I have not either been obese or on the road to being “skinny” and it’s been exhausting. Thank you for sharing your work. It has been incredibly difficult and painful to dig so deep into myself to complete many of the MAPs but I’m so motivated having leaned about myself and the possibilities ahead.

So rational and so kind

This is the weight loss book I have been looking for for decades. It has great advice and teaches you make your own plan while giving you the tools to support yourself effectively.

I got my power back!

What makes this book immensely powerful is Shahroo’s personal experience backed with her tremendous knowledge in how to step by step begin to take your power back to rewrite your own habits around food. She walked the path came back for the rest of us!

Get her book, do the exercises and know you are capable and worthy of the well-being you were born to enjoy!

As a Life Coach and a Phd student in Natural Medicine I been telling my friends and clients about Shahroo’s books. I got ‘The Kindness Method’ as well.
