I really enjoyed the content of this book. It’s clear and doable and helps to just become healthier. I like the recipes and some clear no-go’s, but also the room to not te be so hard on ourselves.
But! The audio had not been properly edited and that bugs me! Why has no one just listened to the book and fixed some of the recordings??? She mis-pronounced something and then started over, and that has not been clipped. Luckily there just 5 of 6 of them in de book, but still...

This is great book about health. I really enjoy listening to it. I really like how the author is straight to the point and answers our most common questions. She also writes in a realistic approach on how life is on unpredictable and how to go about a good healthy lifestyle.

The performance is distracting. There is a strange noise and I can’t tell if it’s her mouth or just an odd sound. Either way, it’s so distracting.

I love the information in this book so much that I'm buying the hard copy. I know I'll be listening to this more than once. So much good information and the author does a fantastic job narrating. She keeps me intrigued and ready to digest more and more information. I pre-ordered this and it was definitely worth my money. Highly recommend.

Getting any version of this book is a must! What I love about the audiobook, specifically, is that it feels like Elizabeth is right there with you guiding you through creating your new health habit. I enjoyed reading + listening to The Health Habit and have already started implementing some of her tips.

Two of my favorite things she mentions are setting clear goals (and not confusing the outcome for the goal) as well as eating what works for you and introducing us to the qualitarian way of eating. Thank you Elizabeth for encouraging us all to live our best healthy life!

I don’t like to leave a bad review, but the recording quality is very poor. She has a lot of energy, but her lisp is difficult to listen to.

This author lost all credibility with me when she repeatedly mispronounced the word “intestine” with a long I sound (small intestyne). I had to stop listening at that point and delete the book from my phone. How did no one catch this and correct her?
