Very good information and it is great to hear from the patients who have actually went through the protocol and got amazing results. Cannot recommend this book enough!

Hopeful book

The personal testimonies got a little old after a while. But the scientific and medical info given at the end was very valuable and totally useful

You have nothing to lose by following this protocol and everything to gain. How I wish this had been known when I lost my own father to Alzheimers disease. I will do all in my power to protect my loved ones from this dreaded disease and support healthy aging.
