There's healing in love

Oh My! This is a wonderfully written small town romance that packs a punch. The narrators performance is perfection. They really brought Silas and Posey to life and nailed all the emotion packed into this book. Posey and Silas' story is everything I hoped for and so much more. I literally had to listen to this book in one sitting as I was hooked on every word.
Silas and Posey are forced together when he comes back to town and needs a place to stay. These two have so much history as he is her older brothers best friend and her first major crush and heartbreak. The walls Posey has built after all the hurt she has experienced start crumbling as their friendship blooms.
I honestly love everything about this book and am completely obsessed now with Silas and Posey. Their story is full of heat, emotional depth, angst and is extremely spicy. I can't say enough good things about this book it is one to be experienced. I love all the snippets with characters from the other books it really brought Posey's story full circle. I highly recommend this 10/10 star must read book.

This ranch has my whole heart, I am loving these characters and their love stories, and LOVE that it is also connected to Brooke's Sugarland Creek series!

Posey and Silas have quite the history and watching them dance around their chemistry is so heartwarming and at times had me laughing out loud! Majorie had me cackling! Silas was so so good with Posey and he knew exactly what she needed and how she needed it. Listening to him explain how he knew what she needed and him being that support and safe space for her was so swoony!

Stephen Dexter and Avery Caris narrate this book and they did such an amazing job bringing these characters to life! They are some of my favorite narrators and I am always happy to have their voices in my ears!

Take My Love is book 2 in the Willow Branch Mountain series and can be read entirely fine as a standalone. OBSESSED! What kind of cr*ck did Brooke put in this book, this has got to be one of the best second chance romances I have ever read. It was complete and utter PERFECTION. The goat farm setting was so darn cute, I loved the setting. The entire family is just such a highlight, they're all so supportive and loving of one another and it's one of the most beautiful things about this series.

Silas… the man you are.. lord! He made me melt in every single way. The way he proved to Posey slowly what kind of man he was. How he wanted her, what she deserved. The nicknames he gives her made me go feral for him… hot damn 🫠🫠 Their relationship was so sweet, the love they had for each other so beautiful. The chemistry was absolute FIRE, I mean I was about to combust, holy spice, these 2 were so damn hot together 🥵 What I really loved was how original the forces that pushed them together were, the added house characters, I'll let you discover them, I thought they were so fun!

Overall, this was a great addition to the series. I loved Silas & Posey's story. I can't wait to come back to Willow Branch Mountain.

🎧 The narration by Stephen Dexter & Avery Caris was outstanding. I couldn't stop listening to them. They played their characters to perfection. The spice was hot, the emotions were on point and I could feel the chemistry between them. Truly I believe the audio enhanced the experience of this book, it was amazing, highly recommend!
