Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When I woke up, I realized I had listened to the entire audio as it finished playing. I felt energetic, ready to wake up and head to the gym after my stretches. That's not a usual feeling at 5am for me, so I was impressed by my own enthusiasm.

Yes, I would recommend this. I wake feeling like I will start the day with a healthy breakfast and some light exercise instead of feeling sluggish and making poor choices. This sets the priorities for the day, which is something I find very useful.
