Soothing and inspirational - very enjoyable
Would you listen to Spiritual Healing again? Why?
I've listened to this meditation twice now. Each time, I felt like I was in another state of mind completely. It brought me into a very calm and peace state that helped me feel more at ease through the rest of the week.
Have you listened to any of Christina Regler’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I like her voice, it fits this meditation and is soothing.
Any additional comments?
I feel this is one of those meditations that need to be practiced multiple times before you see the full results. Emotional and spiritual healing does not happen overnight. I certainly feel a different, as though a weight is currently being lifting off my shoulders. I will continue listening and practicing this spiritual healing and continue on my emotional healing journey. It can be a long journey, but I think it's worth it and better for your quality of life in the long run. This audiobook is now a part of that journey for me, and I am grateful to have found it.

Excellent spiritual healing techniques
Any additional comments?
This is a very nice way to get in touch with your whole being and be present while using the guided imagery to cleanse yourself of built up energy. It's beautifully narrated and has a relaxing vibe throughout. Great music and soothing narration.
