Resumen del Editor

Snow is thrilling fiction, gripping and sexy, with twists and turns charged with the effects of human fallibility and the consequences of paths not taken. It is as page-turning as Beach’s most suspense-filled action chillers—from the first sentence, I was all in.”—Pamela Dillman, actor and audiobook narrator

A dramatic departure for Landon Beach from his string of #1 bestselling, award-winning novels of suspense.

Just before Christmas, up-and-coming New York City advertising executive Jean Noel Mercer arrives in a Michigan town to sell the house of her late, estranged grandmother before vacationing in Greece with a crush: her rich and powerful co-worker, Urian Nikolaidhts.

Landon Beach delivers another great listen and Scott Brick is amazing with his performance. He brings the characters to life. I could envision so many details. I really liked that I could not predict the storyline nor ending.

I listened to the incomparable Scott Brick narrate this 5 star novel by Landon Beach! A dangerous blizzard and a festive Christmas setting bring excitement and warmth to this holiday story. Landon Beach’s new novel, “Snow,” is a page turner just like his other novels and he masterfully brings us this compelling story about a family living with years of secrets.
Jean is a young and successful executive caught up in the powerful world of work and wealth and is on her way to vacation in Greece with Urian, a rich and handsome co-worker. She first stops in Michigan to sell her late grandmother’s home and is delayed by the storm. She stays with Annie, her grandmother’s lifelong best friend. Annie also introduces Jean to her grandson, Scott. During her stay, many secrets are unveiled all in the safe space of Annie’s small and cozy log home.
Beach expertly brings the reader to the end with some surprising and unexpected twists and turns. This story is an excellent read any time of the year. The human desire to find truth in spite of heartache leads to understanding, growth, and forgiveness. Make sure you put this book at the top of your list.

I have lived "up north" most of my adult life and could readily picture the imagery by Mr. Beach. The whole story captured my life from my 20s to my 70s. It was easy to identify with each character, their strengths and their flaws. The ending was most clever! Thank you.

I have one big ask: I want a PDF of all the winter preparedness items listed in chapter 9 that one should have in the car! I used to teach winter preparedness and that list was more detailed than I have ever read! Kind regards and keep writing. I've read all the Sunrise-Side and Great Lakes mysteries to-date. Each is excellent.

A Trip in Time

I had the pleasure of experiencing "Snow" as an audiobook narrated by one of my favorite narrators, Scott Brick, and it was absolutely perfect. Brick's rich voice, which is always filled with emotion, pulled me deeply into this heartwarming Christmas story from the very first chapter. His ability to draw out the distinctions between all the characters was masterful—I never once felt confused about who was speaking, and each character felt fully realized through his performance.

This story was ideally suited for Brick's talents. The emotional depth of Jean's journey and Annie's loneliness require a narrator who can convey subtle shifts in feeling, and Brick delivered on every level. Whether it was Jean's gradual opening up or Annie's quiet grief, Brick's narration made me feel every moment. Don't miss out on this stunning audiobook. Scott Brick's performance elevates an already beautiful story into something truly special. This is holiday storytelling at its finest!
