good story-i can't take the narrator anymore

The story is great, but I've made it through 3 of these books and I'm sorry, but the narrator's voice gets more an more tinny and nasal with each book. I'm not going to be finishing this series sadly because of this.

Great story and narrator did a wonderful job; highly recommend this Robin James novel. Will be reading more by this writer.

Good story and easy to read. Did not like the narration for this book. Easily lost in her reading.

Great Book and Story

This a great listen and story line. Little Jessa just captures your heart! Cannot wait to start the book in the series.

Plot great. Riveting moments.

Story line moves along smoothly. Would have enjoyed the book so much more if unnecessary expletives were replaced with language used by more “polite society.” Given that most of the characters are described as educated people, anticipate they could express their anger, outrage, disgust (etc.) with classier, more appropriate and less vulgar verbiage. Narrator ended many sentences in abrupt, breathy phrases.

Another excellent story

Great story, great characters, great narration. I know books 3 and 4 are available on audible, I hope book 5 will be available soon and book 6 when the book version releases.

Predictable

Nice story but so predictable. The characters didn’t seem developed enough to really anticipate a great ending.

Strong Family bonds

I liked the suspense and the plot. I enjoyed the way characters relationships developed. The story was complete and didn’t leave the reader confused.

I liked the pace of the story; the narrator, and the balance of details that kept the reader engaged and in suspense.

Did not finish

This second of the series was very boring. It read more like an outline. There was no passion, no feeling. I just didn't care what happened. I rarely fail to finish books but this one was one of them. Save your credits.
