Great story

Awesome book. Great story line lots of drama. Surprising twists and turns. Looking forward for book 2

The suspense and emotional tension of Lettie was good and engaging.

The vagueness of the court proceedings. I would have liked more in court detail describing the expertise of the lawyers.

Enjoyed the read. It's a believable tale with excellent information regarding subject. Makes you want to guard your kids better.

Trigger warning but great narrator

Trying to not spoil it but there is not just a little child battery, sexual abuse/pedophilia/trafficking. I was caught off guard because it starts off rough but becomes very dark. I loved the performer and I'm really picky about that but I think I'll look for her with other books - probably won't read more of this series.

Great story overall, little weak on details

I really enjoyed this audio book. I was distracted by detail issues. One example was calling a 2-way radio an intercom. I have over 40 years of police and EMS experience. I’ve never heard, read or seen in museums one example of using the term intercom describing 2-way radio. there were medical issues as well. I suggest a knowledgeable subject matter expert for future books. Still great overall story.
