Robin James has great trial scenes. However, read her Cass Leary series in order. They are really good.

I enjoyed this book for the seasonal lighthearted book it is. Her other books are more serious and intense. I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Okay

I was looking for a Christmas mystery and this fit the theme. The story was decent. It kept me guessing and a few of my guesses were right. The narration threw me off some. I am from the south. I’ve never been to Michigan but the narrator’s voice over of many characters sounded like the book was set in the south. The narrator was not my favorite and while I am considering listening to other books in the series I am hesitant because of the narrator.

Keeps my attention.

This is a great book to add to the series. I’ve listened to them all. They are consistently entertaining and keep me wanting to listen to more. I’ve enjoyed all the books by this author!

What a cute seasonal story with, once again, some plot twists! Excellent work! I'm waiting with anticipation for the next.

I love this author and truly appreciate that she keeps the same narrator throughout the series.

Great Story Line

Absolutely loved this from the beginning to the end. Made me laugh and cry, excellent surprises and very well delivered.

Really liked most of it; however, when the narrator did various voices, they sounded stern/angry.

Always love the characters. But want Kilian to be the guy! Far more romantic and interesting. Not Eric.
