I was skeptical about reading a cooking book, but I loved this book. I learned so much; however, it works best to accompany the print version. I have the ebook version and am giving my husband the print version for Christmas. Well worth every penny!

This was the most informative "cookbook" I have ever listening too! Her tips will literally change the way I approach cooking. Her voice is perfect as the narrator and you can feel her love of cooking and the desire to share these techniques with the rest of the world!

I loved this audio book. I want to listen to it again and again. It's the most interesting, informative and brilliant book about cooking and flavor ever. Very highly recommend Samin Nosrat's brilliant book about how to cook with flavor!!!!
