To the point, relevant, clear and invaluable

I’m so over all the books full of fluff that waste my time to deliver one mediocre insight. This is not one of them. I came out of this with 4 pages of notes and the whole experience took me less than 2 hours total. I only write down things that are actionable and that I didn’t already know, so 4 pages in 2 hours is just phenomenal... a great investment of time and money.. Highly recommended.

Great advice with a twist of humor...

I wish there was a little more influx in the narration. I can tell he was reading to me instead of TALKING to me. But that's ok!! I ENJOYED THE BOOK!!!

Definitely worth the listen

Short and to the point. Lots of tips and a great basic road map for what we all should be doing to increase guest count. Definitely worth listening to twice.
