I was hesitant of the title, however a friend recommended it and I can’t thank them enough. I’ve owned a restaurant for six years now and things were good at first and then we just seemed to lose that spark. This book made me realize that I need to step up my mindset in order to get my restaurant back. Well worth your time to listen!!
