Excellent outline for treatment of osteoporosis

The physician in me loves the well-explained science behind the method. Thanks for doing the legwork to provide the supplements in the appropriate dose twice a day to maximize absorption.

I gave the info about the book to my gynecologist who will read it so he can advise other patients who do not want to take drugs to do what I do. I believe my food is my medicine (now add supplements) and only take antibiotics if I have to.

Very involved

When the female speaks its so fast you can barely understand her. Push their own products. Way too hard to follow and very technical
