Heard about this on the Ben Greenfield show. Best Podcast ever with Anne Louise Gittleman listen tonite probably 30 times, the book is even better.

I've been redoing the chapters so being able to listen to them again has been awesome. especially when I spend a lot of time moving around because of my job. I have the hard copy book but this edition on Audible has been awesome

Thoroughly enjoyed this read, all 6 or 7 times and I'm sure to replay a few more times as I expand my own research. Clarified and answered an enormous amount of questions I've had for some time now. Regardless of how much you think you know about various diets and nutrition, you will definitely learn something new and expand your current knowledge from the content provided. The PDFs reference material is also a great addition. Best narrator I've experienced to date for this type of content. Well done!

The overarcing architecture of the book on the five basic principle is helpful. A better overview of how these five principles interact with each other and are synergistic could really enhance motivation to pursue it. At times there are scientific facts introduced but not enough emphasis on no the framework of why. For example we understand why Omega sixes are and Omega trees need to be consumed simultaneously in 4 to 1 ratio, but we do not find out why exactly we except that they important in Cell some cell signaling and membrane activity. Also, I
a theoretical foundation as to why certain plants and have the kind of fats we want, in higher abundance compared to others would also be helpful in giving guidance to what to eat beyond a rote memorization of lists.

After I read this book, I am very confused, I don't know what is good for me anymore, however I have to process and try to extract what I think could be useful, a lot of information 🙄
