Fun Story

This is a story that is full of both humor and excitement. It is well written and well read. I enjoyed it very much.

fun story with memorable characters!

I loved the Spud Squad and really felt myself pulling for them. The story progressed nicely and I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. If you are a fan of the dungeon crawler Carl series this book is for you!

Kenny Gould wrote a fantastic sci-fi adventure. Kyle Snyder did a fantastic job on the narration. The story is interesting, humorous, Excitement, Entertaining, Lots of adventure and action. The characters include Humans, other beings and monsters. The world in which the story takes place well thought out as well as the plot.can’t wait for the next book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone. I did get the book for free for a honest review.

A masterpiece in Action and Adventure

Packed full of action and adventure Gould absolutely knocks it out of the park in this masterpiece. Good luck putting the book down after you start it!

An Exciting and Magical Adventure

This book is an exciting blend of magic and adventure, following the characters as they face the trials of a dungeon on their quest for freedom. Along the way, they encounter many opponents which result in quick thinking battles. Adding a delightful twist to the story is a hilariously talkative potato sidekick, whose wit and charm bring just the right dose of comedy. The author masterfully weaves together humor and danger, making for an unforgettable read. I can’t wait to continue the series and see where the journey leads next.

How do you make an awesome book even better??

With a fantastic narrator! I already loved this book in print, and added the dynamic voice of the narrator brought new life to the story. Highly recommend!

Totally superceded my expectations

This ended up being an amazing audiobook. The story Kenny Gould is wonderful and a perfect mixture of serious and humorous content. Th way some of the characters were "mashed" together (I don't want to give away any spoilers - those who have read the story know who I am talking about), was definitely out of the ordinary. Plus the narrative is quite family friendly, which is something I appreciate.
Kyle Snyder did a fantastic job narrating. Looking forward to more audiobooks from the series.

Wow something different

Well I definitely laughed out loud more than once. I never thought of a spud in a book as a character but here we have it in this book. There is lots of world building and it's an interesting concept. I can definitely recommend it if you want to read or listen something different, enjoy. Must say the narrator made this story gripping so that I want to see where the story goes.

Electric dwarves, sapient potatoes & plenty of ham!

The book develops a rich sci-fi world where the civilization's entertainment, eclectic inhabitants and consequences all are a delight to explore and interact with along with our hero.

The audiobook narrator did an above and beyond job with the diverse array of characters, both human and otherwise.
