I feel this book gives a very good understanding of the foods we need to be eating and not eating. Milk is in the essentials especially Raw milk.

The author is so way ahead of her time. In light of the fact that this book was produced 20 years ago, the information it relays is now being proven over and over today. Raw milk is now outlawed for sale... and we let this happen. Hopefully this can be changed as more folks discover the health benefits of fermentation.

I have had the print book for decades and this audio version is an excellent interpretation. If you are new to the material this audiobook can easily stand on its own, if you have the book and use it for reference as I do, it serves as a worthwhile refresher and healthful reminder of the difference between the foods that nourish our body and soul and the industrial products that nourish corporate profits at your body's expense.
