The Best

I have problems with getting to sleep and staying asleep all night. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I have trouble getting back to sleep. However, I have been playing this audiobook through headphones when I go to bed at night. I am not where I want to be with sleeping yer. However, listening to this audiobook nightly is improving my sleep. I got a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left a review.

Excellent

What a relief! The first night I used it, I fell into a deep sleep and slept through the night. No drugs, just a natural sleep. I highly recommend this audiobook. The voice is very soothing and comforting. I'm now asleep halfway through. I was given a free advance copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Outstanding

Deep Sleep

I drifted off into a deep sleep after listening to this tape. All the stress of the hectic day was eliminated from my mind and I got a deep and restful 8 hours of sleep. I was given a free advance copy of this audio book at my request and have left this review voluntarily.

Five Stars

As I said in the title, this works quite well at helping me fall asleep the first time that I use it at night. Unfortunately, I usually wake up several times through the night and this doesn't seem to work as well when I use it then. I recommend this book

I recommend this book because it will help me overcome my stress, anxiety, and depression. It changed my perception of hypnosis, it listed all the benefits I can get and taught me how to hypnotize myself. It wasn't easy though, but it is worth it because of all the benefits I can get from it. I can now live a happy life. Super

I use sleep phones with this and it works great. It puts me into an altered state. This author, in my opinion, has excellent products for hypnosis, very effective. It Helped

I have to say this seems to be helping. I do fall asleep listening to this audiobook, but I don't sleep for a long period. However, I am suffering from post-concussion syndrome and only get about 2 hrs of sleep, to begin with, so even that extra hour helped. it was a deep sleep too. Awesome

I occasionally have periods of insomnia, often weeks on end. Listening to it every night and it only took a few days, and now it works like a charm, every time. If I awaken during the night and have trouble falling back to sleep I just play it again! I was given a free review copy of this audio book at my request.
