Godsend

I don't have words to really describe how much I value and appreciate this book!
I have suffered for over 30 years..I bought this book and never listened to it until today..I'm not quite sure how I knew to do the things she describe in this book, but I just knew...I began to cry when she spoke of her story..it was like she was telling mine! I've had so many surgeries and hormone therapies..I was diagnosed at 21 finnaly...not that that helped..
Anyway...I think EVERYONE should listen to this book..the health benefits she speaks of can help everyone not just us who suffered....

It's okay, not completely realistic for everyone.
I really like the thoughts of healing the body naturally, especially with endometriosis where it can be a struggle to get doctors to listen. This book started out great, but when it got to the supplements and what to take, she lost me.
I haven't priced all the supplements and herbs suggested, but there were a LOT listed.
It's simply not realistic for everyone to take the wide array of vitamins and minerals, especially when she begins talking about the harder to find supplements and herbs. Information, great. Chance of actually being able to treat yourself as she suggest, not likely.
