Understanding my energy.

My energy comes from with in, my heart, my liver, my toe, my everything. My thoughts respond to my energy and my energy responds to my thoughts. I am one of those 1 in 100,000,000 that had a miraculous healing from esophagus cancer without radiation, chemo or surgery. This listening of Quantum Healing has touched on my beliefs in a way that is unbelievable as my healing. Dr. Chopra has an answer for many people and a method that would do so many good, if they only knew they had the power to heal themselves, and took the time to do so before they turn to the silver bullet.

Great materiel but I’d wish they’d update it. It doesn’t correlate to the book in print today. Super short

I liked the book overall just found it a bit short. I feel like it could’ve been a bit longer for the cost of one audible credit.

GREAT MESSAGE FOR THOSE WHO NEED HEALING!

This audiorbook really helped me to understand the importance of prayer, meditation and mind over matter cleansing techniques when approaching total body healing. The only thing I would add to it would be the notion that the empty space that he describes as the body's innate intelligence is actually the space where our Creator God has knitted us together, and holds us together. So our quest to know that intelligence to activate its power for healing needs to focus on our quest to know and think like our Creator, who can renew our minds with His positive attitudes and promises in His Word. We are all on a quest to make our minds think like His so that our bodies will follow suit and strive to reach the same perfection! Even though we can't become perfect until He transforms us from mortals to immortals, we can achieve great health in this life when we know and love our Creator, and He fully knows and is allowed to love us!

Dr. Chopes brings wisdom and hope to our lives. All healing can happen through a shift in our conscience. I loved to hear this milenar truth.

left me wanting more

Very good information here for those interested in the mind/body connection. The author reads alternately with a woman narrator, which I found really helped the pacing of this book. I will agree with another reviewer who longed for a bit more content - this is rather short. Including some of the healing meditations would have added some valuable content and bumped up the review to a 5 star.

Quantum Healing is the perfect place to begin your research on Ayurvedic care and treatment. It just amazes me that this book was released in 1989 and I'm just now reading it in 2019. Great place to begin your Ayurvedic journey. 💗Thank you!
