Begin at the beginning!

When you are trying to reach a goal there is a temptation to jump ahead but without the foundation you will never succeed. If finding an inner calm is your goal this book is a great place to start to build your basics.

I like it. Impressive!

To put it simply, this is a wonderful bundle book that I not only found to be insightful and beneficial but also even quite enjoyable to listen to.

I’ve only been trying some of the techniques for about half a week or so now, but I’m already noticing some slight positive benefits which I find to be very encouraging in regard to wanting to continue with the practice. I think this is a very important book to listen especially in today’s busy world where it’s often hard to slow down the mind and relax a little bit.

I honestly do not time my meditations, and sometimes listen to this audiobook randomly and perform the practice that pops up. There are a few meditations in particular that have really helped me get out of an emotional situation. Best meditation audiobook for toddlers!

A fantastic audiobook.

I've tried meditation apps, but I've never been able to stick with one long enough to make it an internalized habit. But I know and see the benefits of regular meditation practice, so I thought I would try a book and see if that helps.

It's been helpful to do different ones because the variety keeps me in the game while I try to establish the habit. The meditations can be done for varying lengths of time themselves. I do set a timer typically because otherwise, my mind wanders to the time over and over again.

This was a great listen. I just started implementing mediation into my routine, and this book was very insightful in giving great suggestions and being supportive in the journey of practicing mediation. A great bundle book. Well illustrated and very powerful. A must-listen for anyone looking into meditation or wanting to take the first step. I am new to Meditation and this points me in the right direction and gives me an understanding of how meditation works and how to use it in everyday life.
