easy to listen to. got to the end wondering what I really learned. her premise is that asking for referrals doesn't work - I don't think that's true. but ok, I want to learn how to get referrals without asking.

she suggests:
track your referrals
mention that you get referrals
have some plan to stay top of mind with your referral sources through meaningful and memorable touchpoints

sounds great. all very high level. and then the book ends, and she invites you to work with her or join the program.

this was a short book, but mostly filler. not bad ideas, but not very fleshed out.

This book has a good amount of actionable advice on how to build referral through building relationships and avoid the horrid process of asking for referrals. My only disappointment was that I was unable to access the free resources pages referenced in the book. I hope the author fixes that!

This book has many good tips for getting the most important business there is— referrals. However, it feels like very little content compared to the dangle of the next-level upsells of her tiers of coaching. The first is $1000 for 108 minutes of content. Hmmmm. You can’t find out how much the other coaching is until you’ve gone through the vetting process. I was hoping for more after listening to the book. Several good takeaways, but still…
