I’ve tried to educate myself about healthy eating for several years. A friend introduced me to this book. Wow I was blown out of the water by the information I learned. Some I’d already begin to put into practice but I learned so much about eating to keep my body healthy. I’d recommend the book to anyone who wants to eat correctly for what their body needs & was made for.

This is an honest and raw assessment of the choices we make in feeding ourselves and our families. I looked up many aspects of Dr. Friedman’s sited sources and the information is accurate and on the Internet if we know what we are looking for. Shockingly, this book facts are true. I prefer to make informed choices and with this new information, it gives me the power over healthy and educated purchases. Something might still happen to my health down the road, but at least I know that I have done everything within my power to make the healthiest of choices. Knowledge is power.
