The book is excellent, highly well-organized, and well-written. It is extremely useful to people of all ages and to the whole range of shyness and social awkwardness. The material is presented in a way that is both natural and non-judgmental, which is why I think this author is so effective.

Lots of helpful tips!

Helpful suggestions. Usually in these kinds of books the suggestions are either completely obvious and inane or too crazy and out there. This book has some really helpful tips for troubleshooting your way around some of the usual problems that come up when you're struggling with social issues.
