A must read for anybody who wants to...

A must read for anybody who wants to become an excellent communicator. I was impressed at how concise and helpful the information was in this audiobook. lots of actionable tips, and insights to help a person understand why the best communication style is assertive! I'm also pleased with the narrators delivery.

Finally the book I have been looking for!

Took me a year to find it and many other purchases, but with this book I have FINALLY found the book I have been searching for for a long time.

To truly be assertive, confident, fair, calm and mature when communicating does not come easy. It is a skill and like all skills, it must be learnt. Fortunately this book breaks it all down, into very very easy to manage and understand chunks. It is very well written and narrated full of original ideas and thoughts,

I am more confident and in control both in my personal life and my work life and I am already seeing very positive results.

Learnt a lot about assertiveness and confidence when communicating and how and when to ACTUALLY use these new skills. Great book, really glad I got it, listened to it three times now and I am still learning new stuff.

I am not sure if I really understood what assertiveness was before getting this book. Not really. And I certainly had no idea how to do it but now I get it. Seeing great results, so far anyway.
