Very happy

Learnt a lot about assertiveness and confidence when communicating and how and when to ACTUALLY use these new skills. Great book, really glad I got it, listened to it three times now and I am still learning new stuff.

I am not sure if I really understood what assertiveness was before getting this book. Not really. And I certainly had no idea how to do it but now I get it. Seeing great results, so far anyway.

Finally the book I have been looking for!

Took me a year to find it and many other purchases, but with this book I have FINALLY found the book I have been searching for for a long time.

To truly be assertive, confident, fair, calm and mature when communicating does not come easy. It is a skill and like all skills, it must be learnt. Fortunately this book breaks it all down, into very very easy to manage and understand chunks. It is very well written and narrated full of original ideas and thoughts,

I am more confident and in control both in my personal life and my work life and I am already seeing very positive results.

Genuinely taken aback by how good this book is - I can see the differences it is making in my daily life.

Great information, breathy, vocal fry reader

This book has amazing information for understanding and improving communication (5 stars).

The narrator ends the last word of each sentence with breathy, vocal fry. It distracted me from the content and I found myself feeling a little bit annoyed (some people may not care or be bothered by it). However, the content was great, so I found it to be worth the listen.

Im finding myself with much more confidence for communicating. I would recommend you listen to this book two or three times as it contains a lot of info.
