Repetitive, Repetitive, Repetitive

For a short book, a lot of time was spent hawking other books in the series; first before the book began, throughout the book, and again at the end.

Every chapter was repetitive; don't look at your phone, turn off notifications, don't look at email, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc. The detox consisted of no alcohol, TV, sugar and processed food, phone and internet for 48 hours. Whoopee! What a waste of time and money.

Excitement and Fulfillment aren’t the same thing

I didn’t realize how distracted I was. Im trying to be my most productive self and I know Ive cheated myself on many occasions. I thought this was going to get an hour of me listening to things I already knew, but I was enlightened by the tips and given great insights on how to make better decisions with my time.
