so well narrated and easy to listen to,
it gives points on details that you don't hear anywhere else, like how to deal with being a perfectionist and how to stop feeling bad about it,

Well researched book

The author has researched this book wonderfully and gives you “meat” and not “fluff” and he presents numerous insightful ideas. He is able to explain things in simple and plain English, something I love in a book.

The only negative was too much self-promotion along with some repetition, especially at the beginning of the book. I like an author to get right into the material, which did not happen.

But, overall, this is an excellent book that should help anyone with focus as it did me. I was given a free review copy of the audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review."

clear, concise, and super helpful

instead of going on about a subject for hours in hopes of keeping the listener listening for longer Meurisse is clear and get straight to the point allowing you to more easily take in the lesson that he is trying to impart. I had a much easier time listening to this audiobook than I have to a lot of other self-help motivation books and it was just what I needed at the time.

This narrator is a favorite of mine.

Aside from the fantastic job by the narrator, the content is extremely helpful. I listen over and over near every day. I walk away with an I Can Do It attitude. If you feel stuck and need a friend who can guide you through and out of your slump, please give this author/narrator a try. When the books come in a set of different topics just pick what you could use help with. I couldn't imagine the content not being useful to anyone. Try it.

Filler book not worth a read

Pretty bad the chapters on how to picnic out a product are a joke congrats to the author for making money off his hustle but not worth a read

Should not be an audiobook

I dont know why they try to make books like this into audiobooks. The narrator constantly tells you to write something down in your worksheet. I didn't realize it was going to be like that. But you do now. So unless you will be listening to this while sitting with the worksheet and writing everything down, don't bother getting this on audio.
