Lots of good information for a newly diagnosed celiac. Highly recommended. Wish I knew about this many years ago.

This book offers a succinct and easy to comprehend description of celiac disease and how to live with it. Very helpful.

A wealth of information

This book should be mandatory reading for anyone who has Celiac or knows someone with Celiac. My wife who was recently diagnosed with it bought this book and I decide to read it to gain some understanding. I learned so much and now I am not scared of the disease but have a game plan to attack it. I am actually excited for the new adventure. More importantly I am excited and relieved that we know what is wrong and all we have to do is change our diet.

It opened my eyes on celiac and I felt I am not alone with it in this world

Some misinformation

There are some assumptions about food and alcohol manufacturing that are incorrect. Otherwise a fairly simplistic book but helpful and relevant.
