I really enjoyed this book, Carl’s story of true resilience after such a failure to thrive due to addiction. He is raw, vulnerable and truly living in his purpose. Bravo!

Loved getting to see this incredibly honest and raw side of Carl- I’m sure it was not easy to relive and write about some of the dark experiences mentioned in the book, but his story is guaranteed to help others that are curious about a sober lifestyle and are unsure how to go about it. Will definitely be supporting soft bar in the future 👏🏼

I liked how honest he was in telling such a painful story It must have been brutal to relive some of those moments but I appreciate how true he wanted portray his journey
