I can honestly say that this is one of the most practical and easy-to-follow guides on how to transform your life and achieve financial freedom through real estate investing. This book has step-by-step instructions on every aspect of investing.

This is a fantastic overall investment book. I have had rentals for years and have been winging it. I wish I listened this 20 years ago. Liam S. Parker is an amazing writer. He's entertaining and informative. I wish he lived near me an we could hang out so I could pick his brain.

The explaining style and information within is super accessible, easy to understand, and helped clarify my personal goals and strategies. A lot of times in real estate investing, there is not one perfect way to do things, but you just have to find the strategy that resonates and works best with your own personality and goals. This book did an awesome job of laying out the different paths one could take, outlining the pros and cons of each strategy.

Gives actionable steps

This book has a lot of information to give the listener a solid overview of what to expect in the beginning of their REI journey. It also shares strategies that will help people to find the niche of REI that will align with the individuals goals. There isn't a ton of new content in the book but overall he did a great job to consolidate a lot of topics and give actionable steps.

This real estate book was different from others in that it shows integrity and honesty in selling and buying real estate. It was very informative and would cut down on mistakes by new investors. Lots of good info!
