Great step by step for success

As a prospective landlord and little experience, I found this book to be very informative without being overwhelming. I continue to find ways in my life to create passive income but am looking to reduce the amount of work I need to do to have income rolling in. The book provides a comprehensive roadmap to be a successful landlord as it provides practical steps and does not skim the topics but instead dives in and explains the good and the bad.

I knew that being a landlord would not be super easy but the book helped to relieve a lot of my fears by providing me the knowledge I need to make informed decisions. I live in a small town and so prospects of properties are minimal so hearing the steps on choosing the right property were very helpful. The book helps you to decipher between a valued gem and a pitfall. I like that the book also talks about selling the property which is often overlooked in other rental books.

This book is great for anyone who is ready to take on the role of a landlord but just needs that guidance to ensure that you can be successful. Keep this book at your side for each step along the way to ensure you are able to follow the advice and become confident and accomplished.

I liked that the author gave a thorough explanation of things to look for in tenants and some red flags to avoid, this was very helpful. I always appreciate it when experts, like the author, share their personal experiences so I can learn from them and avoid making them myself.
