Wish I'd read this sooner!

A must read for anyone considering investing in real estate. I've learned the hard way.. Bought and made money. Bought and lost money when I had to evict tenants that had trashed the place and bought and held because the person I added to the deed in exchange for fixing it up, refuses to sell. Great, practical advice for the novice or experienced pro. Get this before you make your next purchase and avoid the common mistakes many people, myself included, make! .

I’ve been wanting to purchase a residential investment property for the longest time but never thought I was ready. I finally found a book that helped me understand everything I need to know before making my purchase. It’s packed with good and useful information for long term investing. I’ve learned so many tips that I’m more confident now to move forward with real estate investing.

This book was information dense. Some chapters were easier to listen to than others but overall much easier than if I were reading it myself. Liked the conclusion that summarized everything at the end. Overall good listen.

I came across this book on the internet and I had the interest of listening to it because I always had the intention of knowing how to invest in residential real estate. Thanks to the author for time and his explanation, I would say this book is one in a million. How to overcome the obstacles in the residential real estate are ones that really caught my attention. A+ recommended
