This book goes takes a deep dive into ways to reduce blood pressure. and the steps you can take immediately. He didn't just list them but explained why each one works and the best way to implement them. For example, what type of exercise and for how long. The answer surprised me. The food, supplement, and sleep chapters were helpful in the same way. You will know the "why's" each item is suggested. It is a concise book. The biggest negative is the AI voice. It was reading "3/day" as "3 slash day " instead of "3 per day " and same whenever blood pressure numbers were given. "150 slash 80" - The authors sense of humor would have come accross so much better if he would have read it himself. If you want a no-fluff book of teaching, this is it. No inspirational stories, which was fine with me. Just the facts presented in a useful way so you can start immediately.
