Actor single dad/small town girl, hilarious troublesome teenage twin boys, figuring out life, rom com with hot hot spice covered in honey....

And when I say rom com. I mean it. I don't just mean lol. I actually laughted out loud at several points.

This book is the first in the series and can be read as a complete stand alone. You do not need to have read any other books by this author. But it will make you want to read more!

You will get some fun little Easter eggs though if you have read some of the other series. But they are just minor, so if you haven't read the books you won't miss anything. But if you have the Easter eggs will give you quite a giggle.

I listened to the audiobook of this, and loved it! I think that hearing the voices gives you so much more as a reader. You really can feel the emotions. You connect much quicker to the characters as well. These narrators were top notch. And the accent!!! Oh la la!

Timing and delivery is everything

PIPPA writes it but the narrators made me laugh out loud. The best kind of story.

Fun, entertaining and heartwarming!

This is the first book in the Small Town Sisterhood series, a Romcom series. Simon and Bea's story is fun, entertaining, and heartwarming. Simon, a hot famous British single dad, is handsome, and sweet, while , Bea, a small town girl, is beautiful, smart, and determined. They are opposites attract and they complement each other. Simon's teenage twin sons, are fun and troublesome. Some scenes are hilarious. I liked the slow burn, the tension, the humor, the family ties, and the romance. Callie Dalton and Will Watt duet narration is very pleasant to listen to. They did a fantastic job bringing these characters and this story to life. I enjoyed it. Looking forward to more in the series.

New Series

Today I finished reading/listening to this story. My favorite character was Hudson. Nice to see a new series with one of my favorite authors. Enjoyed the journey of Bea and Simon.

Great start to a new series

Will Watt yes please! The entire audio is incredible but to have Will begin this series is the perfect choice for Simon. Callie Dalton is a classic choice as always and does not disappoint as Bea. This is a great story and each family member makes you fall in love with every one of them. I can’t wait to the rest of the series but I know this one will be a fave bc Simon is swoony and unforgettable.
