It's a very interesting concept to learn about. I really enjoyed the perspective it offered. The book as a whole was great! I received it in great condition and quickly. I would recommend this book for others to read.

This book strikes a balance between being too informal and too bogged down in theory. I've learned so much from reading this and my clients have definitely benefited from my deeper understanding of not just the theory behind ACT but also the core processes. A must-have for any ACT clinician.

This approach is simple to understand, explain and implement. It empowers the individual to identify what is happening now, compare that to what they want and make a conscious choice for how they wish to proceed. A very effective tool for living a better and more meaningful life. I recommend highly.

Good Approach

What’s fabulous about this book is that it isn’t just a collection of techniques cobbled together around a loose philosophy.

Fabulous

This is a good review and makes some tried and true approaches in therapy more acceptable to the contemporary paradigm.
