79 chapters of AMAZING

Once again, amazing story! I am hoping for a duet read with the voices of Zandyr and Evie together rather than the female reader doing the male parts and the male doing the female parts during their respective chapters. I cannot wait for the next book! Excellent story line and I’m hoping to see Adara again.

Ready for book 3!

Fabulous! Even though the story continues, some of the resolutions that occur are so so satisfying, but still left me wanting the next book to come sooner! Can't wait for October!

Really enjoyed both books. It gives you all the fae world feels. Also nice and fast pace most of the time for both books. Really enjoyed it, hope to see more from this world (especially the huntress story)

sequel is good. first was better. I love these characters and it was even better than they learned how to communicate instead of 3955 chapters of internal dialog about oh no does he love me or hate me..

there is TWO spicey scenes. and they are at the very last 2 chapters. and I still think the book is worth the read. enjoy

Solid 4! didn't enjoy this as much as the first but... I still had fun!

I was very excited to start this second book as I was dying for answers and was curious how Zandyr would fix the rift he caused between Evie and himself and if he was justified not giving Evie any kind of hints, along with what the infamous oath that left us along with Evie stuck in the dark for so long and the Advisors safe. I was also hoping some of the 0 payoff plot points in the first book would continue or atleast have better conclusions in this second book but sadly, I was left a bit disappointed with it all. The oath, the weird scooby doo-esqe ending, the reconciliation, the reasonings... They all fell flat for me and seemed more convenient than well thought out but atleast the journey through it all was still entertaining.

I will manage my expectations a bit more going forward but I will continue the series!

Obsessed

The “Curse of Silver Secrets and Cruel Shadows” series is absolutely amazing. We have a strong female protagonist who is a bit impulsive and doesn’t tolerate nonsense. She is stabby The male protagonist has a mysterious aura and a touch her and die vibes. There are also faded mates, arranged marriages, secrets, plot twists, political intrigue, and betrayal—the perfect recipe for a great romantasy I highly recommend this read.

Amazing!!

Yeap! I read this in one day like 😱wow!! I couldn’t put it down. It made me cry and laugh and cry and hope and cry… anyway this was a roller coaster of emotions and darn I want more and the next book isn’t out yet 😭 this was a slow burn not smut but so so good and the drama I am telling book one was amazing but this one was just has good if not better. So much gets revealed and the characters grow right there in the page and the world this is just so good and I hope many more books come because I would love to see what happens with her cousins and even with some of the guards. 🥰 This will go on my top favorites for 2025!! ❤️ Oh! and the narrators are just perfect 👌

Annoying FMC

The FMC is definitely annoying. Whines way too much. Held onto the MMCs choice from book 1, even knowing he couldn’t say or do anything about it. Other than that the story was good.
