Ya'll...THIS AUDIOBOOK!!!! It's become my whole personality. I'm totally obsessed with Leigh's writing, the performances & the characters! I truly don't know how to put into words what an AMAZING audio experience this trilogy has been, especially this book! When I say you are pulled through the wringer, there's no exaggeration here, people! NONE! Every single emotion you can possibly conjure up in your mind....it's HERE! In this book. With these performances! And these narrators!
I gasped, squealed, loathed, cried, clapped, cheered & blushed my pretty little tush right off! This trilogy is the first thing I've ever listened to from Leigh Rivers & she will be an AUTO-BUY from me here on out. Her writing is addictive, captivating & absolutely GRIPS you to the core!
The performances from these narrators honestly can't even be described. Some of THE BEST of the year, especially from Teddy, Lucy, Shane & JF. That's right! I said BEST OF THE YEAR! I was completely captivated & sucked into this mind trap. Leigh just ROCKED my ever lovin' world! The narration is unmatched. Teddy's portrayal of Kade Mitchell was completely raw, emotional & gut- wrenching. Lucy just absolutely SHINED in this & JF as Daddy Tobias???? Shut the front door!I am frothing at the mouth to get to Psychotic Obsession.
Lucy & Shane both voice characters that you will absolutely LOVE but they also voice characters that are probably some of the worst humans I've ever read in a book. It was mind-boggling! I can't write enough or praise enough these narrators & the performances they somehow managed to pull off!
Does this need to be read in order? YES, but don't let this deter you! Once you start. you're gonna wanna binge this baby as fast as you can! Is this spicy? WITHOUT question😂 This is considered a dark romance, but this story is so plot heavy & driven by character development & twists & turns, it's exactly the kind of darker romance that I can get down with!
What happens in this story is hard to listen to, I won't lie. I covered my eyes a time or two. It's grueling & heartbreaking, but there is an HEA & a redemption that will knock your socks right off!
Absolutely in my top listens for 2025 & probably forever! I can't recommend this one enough and PLEASE do yourself a favor & listen to this one! Truly, the performances are unparalleled! I never knew what was coming or was about to happen. Leigh & these narrators gripped me to the core!

Nothing and I mean nothing will ever compare to Stacey and Kade for me. My eyes are raw from the amount of tears I’ve uncontrollably sobbed.
This trilogy made me feel every emotion and I’m still feeling it.
I love these books with my entire soul, and the audio just made me even more sure this story is everything to me. Everyone did such a phenomenal job bringing everyone to life the emotions the absolute heartbreak and tragedy to hear everyone go through I’m forever in pieces. Absolutely heavy, brutal, gut wrenching and heart breaking but it was so healing and beautiful.
Excuse me while I continue to cry because Kade and Stacey are everything 😭😭 and they deserve everything so good in their lives 😭😭
